Will my photography help the UNESCO bid?

Launceston a UNESCO City of Gastronomy

There are times when taking photos is more than supporting a business.

This bid was important for Launceston and at a time when our entire community could do with a lift.

It was an opportunity for me to capture some of the innovation and resilience of our community.

I put my hand up for this one of a kind gig.

The rest is history apparently!

From a local market, to factory with frozen camel milk (I kid you not), community food support and the lifeblood of cottage industries.

Tasmania’s diverse and innovative thinking create economically supportive businesses which are always a pleasure to learn about and of course photograph!
