Tasmania’s first multi-storey timber building, it combines innovative glue-laminated and cross-laminated timber construction with the adaptive reuse of heritage structures. Encased in glass panels it is a chameleon, a photographers dream, disappearing into the sky or reflecting dramatic sunsets. The building has earned widespread recognition for its architecture, interior design, sustainability, and community impact, including multiple Tasmanian and national awards. Its design emphasises environmental performance, achieving significant carbon reductions and setting a benchmark for sustainable office developments in Australia. My photography has been integral in communicating the building’s distinctive architecture, interiors, and sustainable features, helping to shape its brand identity, support award submissions, and elevate its profile in Tasmania and around the world.
