RACT Journeys Magazine | Tamar Valley Tasmania
Heads and Tales Agency in Melbourne reached out to see if I could support an article based around a day trip in a car and an everyday family driving in and around the Tamar Valley in Northern Tasmania.
With a solid brief, we had flexibility around locations, given our local knowledge and the timeline we had to gather collateral.
It was busy day that involved many activities and ample time to explore the Toyota’s drivability and practicality in everyday situations that ranged from a fuel stop to a coffee stop, a picnic and a visit to a apple orchard. There was a lap over the Batman Bridge, a web of roadworks and a driving lesson for the mother and daughter team. From a photographic perspective, many of the images created had multiple lighting stands to give depth and clarity and the deliverables were given a “filmic” look option to add character as per the brief.
